Flow is only possible when the mind and the heart is open. Close your mind or your heart and you will effectively stop all flow in your life!
One way to ensure flow is to engage in charity. Do something for free. Give something away. Continuously. Most Internet Marketers today understand that giving free stuff away creates a flow where people come back and buy. Maybe this is not so much from the heart as it is from a marketing strategy, but it is a step in the right direction anyway.
Most Buddhists have a wonderful habit of giving what they have learned to others. Give people what they want and what they need. What you can give but hold back will stop the flow.
Flow creates more flow and if there is something we like it is cash flow!
