If you want to be powerful you need to do some inner work. If one part of you wants to be a leader and the little boy inside is afraid you will not get far. In fact you might not get anywhere at all. All parts of you has to work towards the same goal or you will not make it.
Do you want a leader job to express your leadership skills or do you create a leader by expressing leadership skills? Do you want to be a leader or do you just want to do leader jobs? Do you want to be a leader because there is a little boy inside wanting your dad's approval and still silently shouting: Look at me dad!
