You can't lead anyone if you can't lead yourself. Now why is that?
The magic of Leadership comes from inside. It is so simple that it is hard to see. If you passionately are pursuing your dream, the goal of your life and if this is the highest priority in your life, you are actually leading yourself. Maybe you don't know the way, but you know where you have to go and you will get there!
If you don't know where you are going and never tried to fulfill your dream, you can't show anybody which way to go! You can tell them a story, but you can't show them and you can't lead them there.
The passion that comes from pursuing your purpose is the power that will attract those who follow you.
